1. New Dashboard design
2. Added 24h format in time. You can now change te fromt fro settings.
3. Replaced ckeditor by tinyMCE
4. Converted table buttons to dropdown option.
5. Added 5 minutes / 10 minutes appointment slots
6. Send prescriptions to patients / others feature
7. Errors solved:
Solved the discharge issue in bed allotments.
Solved the lab report access issue fro patient login. (Previously patients could see other's data.)
Fixed Due collection -> Deposit button -> Date format issue.
Fixed the Appointment status translation issue.
Patient -> History -> Tab view permission should be based on module access
Fixed right side title of Patient -> Payment page
