This site became almost useless with pushing to upload and much childish restrictions, nothing can be downloaded. and all its resources avilable to download from many other sites. .. Perhaps the admin should consider getting more realistic or this site will never have any users.

As you rightly said if you can get them from other website don't worry about the restrictions. All websites can't run the same way. Every website and it own Terms and Conditions
