Rider and Driver Apps – v2.2.0 (28 November 2024)

• UI fix for iOS devices with the dynamic island notch
• Added ability to retry bookings in rider app. On retry, booking is dispatched to up to five drivers at the same time across a farther driver distance search radius
• -Adjusted ETA times to be more accurate
• -Added trip cancellation reasons preset
• -Rewrote the scheduled trip module. Scheduled trips can now be booked within 20 minutes. When booked all drivers get the notification. Drivers can view available scheduled trips on the driver app through the scheduled trip page
• -Riders with pending or unsubmitted documents can not be able to book trips
• -Drivers with pending or unsubmitted documents can not be able to go online
• -Riders cannot book trips using wallet if funds are low. Attempt to book trips with insufficient funds in wallet will instantly display the wallet page with message instructing the rider to fund wallet.
• -Drivers with low funds in wallet cannot go online. Attempt to go online with low funds in wallet will instantly display the wallet page with message instructing the driver to fund his wallet
• -Added alternate or substitute vehicle feature that allows driver receive trip requests from other vehicle categories. Drivers can turn on this feature in the settings page.
• -Added back-to-back trips feature. Allows drivers to receive a second trip requests when they are 5KM or less from the destination of the current trip
• -Added car pooling or ride share feature. Allows multiple riders share a vehicle. Drivers can switch between active trips during the trip
