$config['enableLivePayments'] = false;- Setting it to false will disable the live payment for all profiles which makes use of it (like Paypal), so when you finish testing, you need to either remove that line of code or need to set it to "true" and also need to update / replace your credential from profile with live App ID and Secrete Key.
